Terms of Service & Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
Orders may ship Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (excluding holidays). Deadline for shipping is noon EST the day before.
We love our hard working and essential delivery workers, however we cannot offer Live Arrival Guarantees on USPS shipments. Standard shipping does not need extras. *** UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - Standard shipping will have a Live Arrival Guarantee only if the package arrives within 2 days. If your order arrives DOA beyond 2 days, we are offering a 50% store credit. Simply email us a photo of all the feeders in your order within one hour of delivery and we will give you store credit of 50% of the cost of feeders and shipping (this does not apply to goods such as repashy or other supplies).***
NO LAG WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 30F OR OVER 95F DEGREES ON ANY ORDER AND/OR SHIPPING METHOD.

Refunds, Replacements, & LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee)
We do everything possible to ensure safe delivery of every order. In the unlikely event that all or most of your live insects are DOA or critically injured during shipment, the following LAG (live arrival guarantee) applies:
Shipping and supplies are non refundable non creditable
Store Credit for DOA or critically injured insects, excluding shipping and supplies, will be provided at our discretion. Replacements for the DOA/critically injured insects for the cost of additional shipping and supplies, ONLY if proof of DOA/critically injured insects are provided as instructed above AND appropriate shipping/delivery arrangements were made. No refunds will be issued.
There are no refunds, store credit, returns, or exchanges on live insects if the size wrong size is ordered or you change your mind about an order after it has been shipped.
