Terms of Service & Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Orders may ship Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (excluding holidays). 

Shipping 

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped. Superworms must have a weather box if your temps are lower than 50 and higher than 80 degrees.

Temps over 90 must have a weather box to be covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee! (only required on live product; only 1 per order required) NO LAG WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW ZERO OR OVER 95F DEGREES!

NO LAG on USPS First Class shipping

It is your responsibility to include the appropriate heat or chill pack to ensure the contents arrive safe and alive. If you cannot be home to accept your package, include “Hold for Pickup” and contact your local post office to make sure they hold it for pick up. There is no extra charge for this service.

Shipping available to the continental US, except where prohibited by state or local laws.

Prices are subject to change without notice and at our discretion. Sale prices and/or discounts are only applicable for the specified period of time.

Refunds, Replacements, & LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) 
We do everything possible to ensure safe delivery of every order. In the unlikely event that all or most of your live insects are DOA or critically injured during shipment, the following LAG (live arrival guarantee) applies:

There is a live arrival guarantee on orders that are delivered to an individual (not left in/on a mailbox, front step, porch, etc), or held for pickup 
Different seasons require special needs. Holds and chill/heat packs. Please check your local temperatures before ordering. NO Live Arrival Guarantee on USPS First Class.

During periods of extreme temperatures (below 30F or above 95F) where I am located or where you are located, your order may not be shipped until a safe shipping window is available and you will receive notification of the delay. NO LAG WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW ZERO OR OVER 95F DEGREES! NO LAG on USPS First Class Shipping

Shipping and supplies are non refundable non creditable

There will be NO LAG (live arrival guarantee) if your local temps are above below 50F or above 90F, and you choose not include a heat or chill pack. NO LAG on USPS First Class shipping. There will be NO LAG (live arrival guarantee) if no one is available to accept delivery of your order directly from your carrier. This includes having your order left in a mailbox, on your porch, etc. NO LAG on USPS First Class shipping. If all, or a large number of, your insects are DOA, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos of the dead/injured insects in the original packaging. Store Credit for DOA or critically injured insects, excluding shipping and supplies, will be provided at our discretion. Replacements for the DOA/critically injured insects for the cost of additional shipping and supplies, ONLY if proof of DOA/critically injured insects are provided as instructed above AND appropriate shipping/delivery arrangements were made. No refunds will be issued. 
There are no refunds, store credit, returns, or exchanges on live insects if the size wrong size is ordered or you change your mind about an order after it has been shipped.
